Tackle & Cheer sign-ups are closed!

THERE WILL BE NO LATE REGISTRATION DATES FOR THE TACKLE AND CHEER PROGRAMS. (Flag sign-ups will remain open until Aug 11th) 

Registration Fees:

Flag    -            Registration Fee            -           $125
                        Physical Fee (optional)  -           $30
                        Equipment Fee              -           $15 (non-refundable)

 
*          There will be a $25 discount for families with multiple registrants.
*          Bring a valid proof of residence, either a utility bill, water bill or school issued proof of residency – (Cell phones bill, cable bills, & etc, will not be accepted as a valid proof of residence)
*          Bring your child’s most recent report card to sign-ups (preferably the year ending copy)
*          Bring your child's original state issued birth certificate, a copy will be made during your sign-up.
